Bus carriers will only accept a ticket for the date and time stated on it. After the travel date and time, the ticket will be invalid and it cannot be rescheduled or used at a later time.
All tickets are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is only allowed based on the “Self-Rescheduling Policy” on the e-ticket. For example, on the e-ticket, you can see when the latest time allowed to reschedule your ticket is:
